Let's look at some communication events.

Communication isn't just what we say, it's how we dress, or carry ourselves, or even the gestures we make. I want you to look very closely at these two pictures. What can you tell me about them?

While you're looking at them think very carefully about how things like hair and clothes effect what you're thinking about them. Let's look at some examples of the communication process. Think about the general process but specifically what can you tell from the verbal and non verbal communication.

The easiest thing to think about with communication is non verbal, a picture is worth a thousand words after all.

Non verbal comm is fun to lok at, but not everyone uses the same non verbal communication. Not everyone has the same communication style.
